New Business Development Associate

Who we are: Aranya Software Technologies is a Software Engineering firm based in Kansas City, Missouri. We provide custom software solutions and engineering for entrepreneurs, innovators and existing businesses.

Who we are looking for: Aranya is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and ambitious new business development associate. This individual will be responsible for developing a pipeline of new business, driving sales and promoting Aranya at networking events and within various organizations. The successful candidate will be able to carry the entire sales process from start to finish on their own merit and skills and will:

• - have at least three years previous sales experience
• - have a strong technical background / framework
• - have a general understanding of project based sales
• - possess excellent presentation skills and excellent verbal/written skills
• - be self-motivated, goal-oriented and action-oriented

Candidate must have a dynamic personality and be able to work productively with little supervision. A sense of humor, creativity and ingenuity along with excellent organization and communication skills are musts. Bachelor's degree is required and any background in technology and / or custom software sales is a plus!
